How To Cook Ropa Vieja With Slow Cooker

  • 3 pounds of beef flank steak
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 6 ounces can tomato paste
  • 14 ounces can petite diced tomatoes
  • 1 ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • One teaspoon oregano
  • One teaspoon cumin
  • Turmeric as much as ½ teaspoon
  • One tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • One small white onion, dice it
  • Two bell peppers, diced
  • Spanish olive for one cup
  • Three garlic cloves, peel it
