1Set a large pan over high heat, after that, stir-fry the ground beef until it turns to be brown and the fat of the meat comes out. Remove the excess fat and then rinse cooked ground beef with fresh boil water quickly to dissolve the fat. Then set aside the ground beef in a plate or bowl.
