  • Eight chunked chicken thighs
  • Four tbs cornstarch
  • salt and pepper
  • One medium egg
  • cooking oil
  • One diced red onion
  • Three cloves minced garlic
  • One sliced red chili
  • 1/2 red pepper
  • One julienned small carrot
  • 1/2 green pepper
  • 1/4 cup chicken stock
  • One tbs light soy sauce
  • One tbs rice vinegar
  • Two tsp black pepper
  • Two spring sliced onions
  • Two tsp sea salt
  • Two tsp Chinese five spice
  • Two tsp sugar

Directions :

  1. Put salt and black pepper into the chicken, do the seasoning. Then pour the whisked egg into the chicken and drain the excess. Sprinkle with the cornstarch until the chicken is coated. Put to the actifry, then spray the top with cooking oil. Set for at least 30 minutes until golden to light brown.
  2. Heat some cooking oil into the pan. Put garlic and onion for about 1 minute to moisten. Insert chili and chili gradually put a few stock at a time, tossing until all absorbed. Put carrots; rice vinegar and soy sauce then heat until evaporated.
