Healthy Greek Yogurt Pancakes are very easy and simple to make. In only 20 minutes, you can serve for about three until six pancakes depending on how big the size of the pancakes that you make. Also, you can add other additional ingredients to make your pancakes taste perfect, such as blueberries, almonds, chocolate, raisins and much more. Simply read and follow the recipe below to guide you to make homemade healthy Greek yogurt pancakes.


  • 170 gr of Greek yogurt
  • 100 gr of flour
  • An egg or just the white part
  • Baking soda


  1. Prepare a small bowl and add the Greek yogurt in it. Then, whish the yogurt until it turns a bit creamy. Also, crack an egg and put it on the yogurt. You may put all part of the egg or only the white part. Next, mix these ingredients along with adding the baking soda and flour to the mixture.
  2. After the batter turns thicker than before, you can add any kinds of complement ingredients there. Hee, it is recommended to add some blueberries, raisins, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, chocolate or any other nuts, etc. then, don’t forget to mix these ingredients until they are thoroughly mixed.
  3. Then prepare a pan and heat it over medium heat. Add a spoon of batter based on your desired size and cook the pancake. If the upper side of the pancake starts to bubble up, then flip the batter. You may find it easy to flip since ingredients of the mixture makes it well-stick. Continue this step to other pancakes.
