How to make Crab Stuffed Baked Potatoes

  • Eight medium-sized of red potatoes
  • 8 ounces of softened cream cheese
  • 200 ml of sour cream
  • One garlic clove, minced
  • 15 gr of Italian seasoning
  • Salt and ground black pepper to season
  • 8 ounces of chopped crab meat
  • Four green onions sliced the green parts only
  • 200 gr of shredded mozzarella cheese


  1. Heat an oven over 350 Fahrenheit-degree or 180 celsius-degree, then put the rack in the middle of the oven. Next, with a stiff brush, scrub the skin of the potatoes and rinse with cool water. Using a clean towel, dry the scrubbed potatoes while removing the bruises and discolored spots.
  2. Add the oil for each potato and sprinkle with salt. Here, you can use your hands to coat the potatoes with oil and salt evenly. Then, prick the potatoes for several times with a fork, or you may use a sharp knife. Don’t forget to wrap each potato with foil parchment.
  3. On a cookie sheet, assemble the foiled potatoes then put it in the oven. Bake the potatoes for around 45 until 60 minutes. After they are done, remove the potatoes and let them sit for a while. To use the time, you can prepare for other remaining ingredients.
  4. In a medium bowl, put the cream cheese, sour cream, Italian seasoning and minced garlic. Add also salt and pepper as the seasonings. Combine these ingredients with crab meat, mozzarella cheese, chopped green onion. Then, don’t forget to stir and mix them well.
