To cook this yummy cauliflower tots, you only need 30 minutes. With this quick recipe, you can serve four until six plates of cauliflower tots. This will be one of the best vegan food that your kids will ask you for more.

Ingredients

  • 400 gr of cauliflower florets that have been steamed
  • A lightly beaten egg
  • 100 gr of shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 100 gr of Parmesan cheese
  • 60 gr of panko breadcrumbs
  • 50 gr of chopped chives
  • Salt and pepper as the seasoning
  • 50 ml of ketchup
  • A teaspoon of sriracha

Directions

  1. Prepare an oven and heat it up to 375 Fahrenheit-degree or 190 celsius-degree. Then take a baking sheet that has been sprayed with cooking spray. Set this aside for a while. Then, prepare a food processor and put the steamed cauliflower in it. Pulse until the cauliflower grated and then place it in a clean kitchen towel to squeeze and drain the water.
  2. After you drain the water, prepare a large bowl and place the cauliflower in it. Add beaten egg, shredded cheddar, parmesan cheese, panko breadcrumbs and chopped chives. Mix them until well combined and don’t forget to add salt and pepper as the seasoning.
  3. On a baking sheet, put a spoon of the mixture and roll it like a tater-tot shape simply with your hands. After you arrange all of the mixtures on top of the baking sheet, put it in the oven and bake for around 15 until 20 minutes or until the tots turn golden brown.
  4. While waiting for the tots to get cooked, you can use the time to make spicy ketchup. In a small serving bowl, you can put the ketchup and sriracha sauce in it. Combine them until completely mixed. Finally, it’s time to serve the cauliflower tots with a bowl of spicy ketchup.
