  • One cup of minced carrot
  • One cup of onion
  • ½ cup of chopped celery
  • Two garlic and onion (minced)
  • One pound of ground beef
  • ½ teaspoon of salt and black pepper
  • Two cups of tomato sauce
  • One tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce
  • One tablespoon of vinegar
  • One tablespoon of brown sugar
  • Pinch of cloves
  • One teaspoon of dried thyme
  • ½ teaspoon of cayenne pepper
  • Four hamburger buns


  1. Heat olive oil in the pan. Put the onion and garlic. Saute the onions and garlic for two minutes. Add carrots and celery to the pan. Whisk all the sauté mixture for five minutes. Removes the mix ingredients and put it in medium bowl

  4. Cook for ten minutes. Pour salt and black pepper on the top of the food. And remix all the ingredients. Serve the beef and vegetables.
